City Espresso 01.07.06
Happy New Year! Couldn't pick a better place than City Espresso to kick off 2006. I'm back after taking a much needed break . . . had a month off (thought I'd give Momma a break, too!). . . did a bunch of writing and practicin' . . . added quite a bit of new stuff to my set list, along with some tunes on the piano. Once again, thanks to "my boys," Ev, Kellen and Jordan (Andrew, we missed you). Lookin' forward to lots more great shows with you this year!

Kutztown University 02.02.06
Another Acoustic Roadshow gig . . . shared the stage with Butch, Bill and Matt (of "Rock, Paper, Banjo") and Ev. Just coming off of 5 days sick in bed with the flu, so this wasn't the greatest night. Sorry, Butch, for having to bow out after my second set . . . but, hey, then we all got to hear you perform that awesome "Granny" song!

BOSCOV'S & CITY ESPRESSO 03.04.06
So, it was one of those full musical weekends . . . headed up to Kutztown University on Friday night to catch Ev 'n Jarred (a/k/a/ Monkey Wrench) compete in a Battle of the Bands . . . awesome! . . . then on Saturday, I did a benefit at Boscov's for the DaySprings Homes . . . actually sang amongst the women's swimming suits (bring on summer!) . . . Saturday night, it was the City Espresso, one of my favorite places to play (and it has nothing to do with those wonderfully delicious goodie bags Heather gives me!) . . . nice to see so many new faces in the crowd . . . thanks, Ev 'n Jarred for a terrific half-time show . . . love you guys! . . . and, to "my boys," I missed you this weekend!

Journey Cafe 03.29.06
Wow! I was so honored to be the first "outside" performer to sing at the Journey Cafe in Hamburg. This wonderful "work in progress" is the meeting place for the youth of Zion's United Church of Christ. Thank you, Vince, for inviting me . . . and thank you to the youth group . . . I could not have asked for a kinder, more polite audience. I loved this gig . . . and I applaud you all for your hard work in making the Journey Cafe a reality . . . it's gonna be awesome!
